To meet the Bonded standard, we distill Exhibition Rye Whiskey in a single season at the Ernest Scarano Distillery and let it mature for four years in new charred white oak. No shortcuts and no additives-just a 100-proof rye that honors the strict American traditions of the 1897 Bottled-In-Bond Act.
It pours a deep amber, opening with a bold nose of caramel and toasted oak. On the palate, you’ll find a balanced pull of butterscotch and toffee, cut by a crisp rye spice that adds weight and character. The finish is long and warm, leaving a pleasant, lingering sweetness that invites another sip.
