Purchasing Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Ernest Scarano Distillery, the buyer confirms that they are complying with all applicable state, county, and local laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The buyer affirms that they:

 

-Are legally entitled to take possession of alcohol and are at least 21 years of age.

-Have obtained any required permissions and paid all applicable taxes and fees within their state.

-Are purchasing through properly licensed intermediaries, if applicable.

 

For online orders with in-store pickup, a valid government-issued photo ID will be required before the order can be released. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Returns

Due to state and federal regulations, all liquor sales are final. Ernest Scarano Distillery does not accept returns on any alcohol products once they leave our store.
