PURCHASE AFFIRMATION

By placing an order with Ernest Scarano Distillery, the buyer confirms that they are in full compliance with all applicable state, county, and local laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The buyer affirms that they are at least 21 years of age and are legally entitled to take possession of alcohol. Furthermore, the buyer confirms they have obtained any required permissions and paid all applicable taxes and fees within their jurisdiction.

PICKUP & VERIFICATION

​

For all online orders designated for in-store pickup, a valid government-issued photo ID is required. The name on the identification must match the name on the order. Ernest Scarano Distillery reserves the right to refuse the release of any order if age verification cannot be established or if the pickup is in violation of Ohio Revised Code. All pickups must be completed at our Elmore, Ohio distillery location during established business hours.

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS

​

Due to Ohio state regulations and federal law, all spirituous liquor sales are final. Ernest Scarano Distillery does not accept returns or exchanges on alcohol products once they have left the permit premises. If your order is found to be damaged at the time of pickup, please notify our staff immediately. For orders involving non-alcohol merchandise that arrives damaged, please contact us via our Contact Page for assistance.
