Frequently Asked Questions

Will don’t you ship to my state?

Due to Federal and State regulations we work with a network of carriers to have your products delivered directly to you. However, some states prohibit the delivery of alcohol which include Alabama, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wisconsin. We are always adding new states to our network.

How do you ship your orders?

In order to meet Federal and State regulations we ship your order through FedEx Ground which is then transported to a third-party broker and delivered to you.

Why is your shipping cost so high?

When you place an order with us, your order needs to be shipped separately to a broker and then delivered to you. Since we have to use two different carriers this increases the cost of shipping.

When will my order be delivered?

Shipping times can vary, however orders on average typically take 10-12 business days to be delivered. Depending on your zip code your delivery time may be shorter.

Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?

No, however all orders require a signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Can I receive a refund for my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept the return of any product sold on or purchased in store.

My product was damaged upon delivery, what do I do?

Our apologies! If you receive a damaged product please contact us within 3 business days upon delivery so we can file a claim and resend your order. You can contact us online through our online contact form, or call us at (567) 280-1500.

Why don’t you sell in larger bottle sizes?

We’re working on it! Since 2010 we have always offered the same size bottle 250 ml or 375ml. Now we’re planning on offering 750 ml options.

It says you’re sold out. When will you restock?

Many of our products are aged for a set amount of time. We don’t like to rush that process. If we say Old Homicide is aged for 4 years, we mean it. We’re always bottling so check back frequently!

How can I avoid a missed delivery attempt?

After 3 delivery attempts your order will be discarded. We recommend having your order shipped to a business address or your place of work to ensure a successful delivery.
